About Cheryl Noble

Cheryl Noble grew up in the small picturesque town of Wenham, Massachusetts. One her earliest memories is that of her mother working diligently in her vegetable and herb garden. She was so far ahead of her time when it came to an "earthy" lifestyle, says Cheryl. There was always something on the stove or in the oven...always fresh!

During a trip to Italy Cheryl began to think about the ways Italian's enjoy great food and wine... things just tasted better and the passion they have for history and traditions was something she could not stop thinking about...especially when it came to those incredible Italian Almond Cookies....

After a long career in the fashion industry and a number of life changing events, Cheryl met and married her husband Tom which required relocation to Sarasota, Florida. She was still working on design projects but something was missing...

It was during the planning of her own wedding they were gifted wonderful Italian Cookies from Tom's friend and Chef...... they were so amazing the guests talked about them for days... It was then the idea hit Cheryl why not combine her talent as a designer and brand builder with Chef Francesco's old country secret recipes and why not bake them fresh ,gluten-free........ She combined Mia (my) Bella (beautiful) and created an idea... In the fall of 2015.... Mia Bella Fine Italian Almond Cookies became a BRAND.... Now who doesn't like beautiful, delicious, gluten- free cookies baked fresh to order?
